Aude Chartier’s expertise is mainly focused on French and international wealth taxation for individuals, in both advisory and litigation matters.

For her, wealth taxation was an obvious choice to combine her economic and scientific background with the legal complexity of the various project structures she has successfully managed, striving to share her knowledge and put herself at the service of her clients.

For more than 10 years, she has developed her expertise in the various areas covered by property law, namely: personal taxation of executives and managers, business transfers, management packages, inheritance, matrimonial regimes, transfers of residence, philanthropy, employee share ownership, etc.

Aude regularly assists private clients, executives, investment fund management teams, family businesses and high net worth individuals in structuring their French or foreign income and assets and in their international mobility.
