Agathe Martin mainly provides advice and litigation services in connection with mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate law.

Since 2017, she has been working alongside Nuno de Ayala Boaventura, to assist French and international clients with all their transactions and legal issues.
