Steering Legal has been collaborating with the law firm EKA since 2018.
From Abidjan, Steering Legal develops its activity on all the West African countries and regularly accompanies French and international groups in their local investments, such as :
- M&A operations
- Negotiation of internatonal or local contracts, in private or public law
- Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), a field in which we’re particulary reputed
- Litigation and arbitration, areas in which the firm has solid experience
This partnership with EKA law firm will enable Steering Legal to:
- Support and develop the presence of its clients, French, European and international companies, in Côte d’Ivoire and West Africa, and provide them with a physical presence on a daily basis
- Support its customers in their development, particularly in setting up local entities, acquiring holdings, making acquisitions or taking part in invitations to tender or privatisations, with local contacts
- Benefit from experienced local resources with in-depth knowledge of the continent, and a network of local correspondents in Africa meeting the same criteria
- To offer its customers access to multi-disciplinary teams, resolutely mobile, able to work in French, English, Arabic, Portuguese or Chinese
