Restructuring: our Employment Team had the pleasure of attending this June 1rst, 2023, a conference organized by the French Government at the Ministry of Labor, devoted to the assessment of the French Employment Security Act (LSE) 10 years after it came into force. It was a great opportunity to take a look back at the collective dismissals for economic reasons over the past 10 years and share best practices in this field.
